# Privacy Policy for Tile Break
**Last updated: October 3, 2026**
Tile Break is provided by **Kodequ** (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile game.
## 1. Game Data Stored on Your Device
Tile Break does not require an account. The game stores progress and preferences locally on your device, including unlocked levels, stars, virtual currency, booster inventory, daily reward dates and streaks, tutorial status, and language, audio, and vibration settings.
This information enables the game to remember your progress, apply rewards, and maintain your preferences. The current version does not upload your saved game to a developer-operated server or offer a developer-operated cloud account. Device backup and restore services may handle app data separately, depending on your device settings.
Core gameplay can be used offline. Advertising features require an internet connection.
## 2. Advertising and Automatically Collected Information
Tile Break uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements, including banners and rewarded advertising when enabled.
Google’s SDK automatically collects and shares information for advertising, advertising analytics, and fraud prevention. This includes IP addresses, which may indicate approximate location; app and advertisement interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views; diagnostic and performance information; and device or account identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available. The information processed depends on SDK configuration, device settings, and applicable privacy choices.
For details, see [Google’s SDK data disclosure](https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure) and [Google’s Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Our game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location for gameplay. Approximate location derived from an IP address is different from GPS access.
## 3. Information You Choose to Provide
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, name, and description of the issue. We use it to respond, provide support, and resolve the issue. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
## 4. Sharing and Third-Party Services
Advertising information is transmitted to Google and handled under its advertising services and privacy policies. If you open an advertisement or visit an external website, that service’s own privacy practices apply.
Support correspondence may be processed by our email service provider. We may disclose information we hold when required by applicable law or when necessary to respond to a lawful request or protect users and the service.
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies explain their processing practices and applicable safeguards.
## 5. Retention and Deletion
Saved game information remains on your device until it is reset or removed. You can reset game progress through the game’s settings. This resets progress and inventory but does not necessarily remove all preferences or daily reward records.
To remove the app’s local data, use Android’s app settings to clear Tile Break’s storage/data. Uninstalling the app generally removes its local app data. Backups may remain or be restored according to your device or backup provider’s settings. Clearing game data does not delete information previously processed by advertising providers.
We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to address your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Advertising providers retain information according to their own policies. You can contact us about information we hold; requests relating to information controlled by Google should also be directed to Google’s privacy controls or support channels.
## 6. Your Choices and Rights
You can manage available advertising identifier and privacy controls in your Android settings. Available controls vary by Android version. Changing these settings does not necessarily stop all advertising or all advertising-related processing.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below to make a request. We may need information to verify and respond to your request. We cannot remotely access or remove saved game data stored only on your device.
## 7. Children’s Privacy
Tile Break is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through direct support communications. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact kodequ.com@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deleting information we hold where applicable.
Advertising-related information is processed as described in Section 2. The age audience stated here does not mean that advertising SDKs stop collecting information automatically. Users who do not meet the intended minimum age should not use the game.
## 8. Security
Local game data is stored within the app’s storage on your device. Google states that data transmitted by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission provides an absolute guarantee of security. Keeping your device protected helps safeguard locally stored progress and preferences.
## 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the game, service providers, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated policy and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
