- Usage stats access to detect rarely used apps and run the App Lock feature.
- Display over other apps permission to show the lock screen for the App Lock feature.
- Permission to request app deletion to help users open the Android system uninstall confirmation.
- Background process permission for RAM optimization features.

The information accessed by the app is used only to provide the app’s core features, such as:

- Displaying files that can be cleaned.

- Locking apps selected by the user.

## Data Storage and Transfer

Phone Cleaner processes file, media, app, and device usage data locally on the user’s device.
