Privacy Policy for COCKROACH SHOOTER!

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how COCKROACH! (also known as KECOAK!) handles information when you use the game.

1. Information stored on your device
The game stores progress and preferences locally on your device, including completed levels, stars, coins, bombs, lightning, ammunition, level attempts, sound preferences, and your selected language. This information is used to save your progress and provide game features.

The game does not require an account or ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment details. We do not operate a game server that receives your saved progress. Local app data may be included in device backups depending on your operating system and backup settings.

2. Advertising and third-party services
The Android app includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob). Advertising may be enabled in some versions of the game, including banner ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads provide in-game supplies after the advertising service confirms that a reward has been earned.

When advertising is enabled and the SDK is used, Google may collect and share your IP address, interactions with the app and ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. An IP address may be used to estimate your general location. Google processes this information for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. The specific data processed depends on the SDK configuration, device settings, and applicable requirements.

For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.

The browser demonstration uses simulated rewarded ads rather than Google AdMob. It stores progress in your browser’s local storage. If the demonstration is hosted online, the hosting provider may process normal connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver the website.

3. Permissions
The Android app uses internet access to support online advertising when it is enabled. The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise device location. Advertising services may infer an approximate location from network information as described above.

4. How information is used and shared
Local game information is used to maintain progress, manage supplies, apply rewards, and remember preferences. We do not sell your locally stored game progress. When advertising is active, Google and its advertising partners handle information under their own policies. If you contact us for support, we use the information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request.

5. Retention and deletion
Saved progress and preferences remain on your device until app data is cleared, the app is removed, or that data is otherwise deleted. On Android, you can remove local data through Settings → Apps → COCKROACH! → Storage → Clear storage. Menu names may vary by device. Clearing data resets your progress and supplies.

For the browser version, clear the website’s site data or local storage in your browser settings. Device or cloud backups are controlled separately through your operating system’s backup settings and may restore previously saved data.

We cannot delete information held independently by Google or other service providers. Their retention and deletion practices are described in their policies. To manage advertising preferences, use the privacy and advertising controls available in your device settings and Google account.

6. Security
We rely on the device’s app storage protections for locally saved information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Children
The game does not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and address the request. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of online advertising and third-party services.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when game features or data practices change. The updated policy will show a new “Last updated” date.

9. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the developer through the support contact listed under “App support” on the COCKROACH! Google Play listing. Please identify the game and describe your request. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
